A double room for one person (no couples).

Preference: Female, preferably around the same age as the current tenant who is 21 and a student. 

The room is available from Sept 15th.

Public transport accessibility: Lots of bus stops on door stops. Griffith College is only a ten-minute walk. The nearest Luas (red line) stop is Fatima - around a 10-minute walk.
